Description and Requirements
职责和任务：
开发和改进大规模深度学习模型，以解决特定领域的问题。 对接三方大模型应用，实现fine tunning和知识库结合 进行模型训练和调优，以提高模型的准确性、效率和鲁棒性。 探索本地部署模型到目标环境中，并确保模型的高效运行和可靠性。 与跨职能团队合作，包括模型研究人员、软件工程师和产品经理，以实现垂直应用。 进行模型性能评估和优化，提高模型的推理速度和资源利用率。 研究和探索新的模型架构、算法和技术，以改进模型的性能和效果。
职位要求：
拥有计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习或相关领域的硕士或博士学位。 在大规模深度学习模型开发和训练方面有丰富的经验，熟悉常见的深度学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch等），有chatGPT、Llama、Bloom、MidJourney、Stablility及国内的大模型系统的使用和对接经验 具备本地部署大规模模型的经验，熟悉模型部署的挑战和最佳实践。 对计算机视觉、自然语言处理或语音识别等领域有深入的理解和实践经验。 熟悉模型性能优化技术，能够针对资源限制和推理速度进行模型调优。 具备良好的编程能力，熟悉Python、C++等常用编程语言。 沟通能力: 良好的沟通能力，能够清晰表达自己的想法，并能与团队成员和其他相关方进行有效的沟通和协作 具备团队合作和沟通能力，能够与跨职能团队紧密合作，实现垂直应用的需求。
