Responsibilities

Trainee/Assistant Relationship Manager:

  • To support the MNC team to maintain and deepen the relationship with existing clients
  • Support relationship managers on client pitches
  • To conduct market research, by collecting and analyzing data from public sources, making industry benchmarks, and preparing study reports
  • To execute deal operation including loan operation and credit operation
  • To prepare reporting for the team, conduct timely administrative team reporting tasks
  • To support relationship managers to maintain relationships with existing clients, in line with the local business plan and global account strategies
  • To support relationship managers to originate new relationships, by conducting client pre-screenings, checking rating, analyzing financial data, and preparing presentations
  • To support relationship managers with,

o Administrative tasks, e.g. preparing documents, internal reporting, booking client and internal meetings, printing client presentations, collecting drawdown documents, preparing facility documentation

o Various KYC and compliance check.o Calculating basic indicators client basis and deal basis, e.g. RWA, RAROC, and RGCP

o Preparing industry analyses to support business development

  • To support the team to prepare statistics, data sets, presentations, and various reporting
  • Assist on special credit related assignments and projects as required
  • Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the team head

Profile required

Academic Background (degree and major)

  • Bachelor’s degree (finance or business discipline, Master’s degree is a plus)

Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how

  • Fresh graduate, or less than 2-years working experience in a role of financial risk analysis or assistant corporate relationship manager
  • Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
  • Basic knowledge on commercial banking products is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Team player
  • Capable to work and deliver timely and sometimes under pressure

Language Skills

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin

Computer Skill

  • Well versed in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must)
