Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the visual design of Feishu's official website, operations, and event pages, and can accurately convey user value through design 2. Control the design plan production of the entire cycle of demand-design-online production, establish design standards to control design quality Connect with internal and external cooperation teams to conduct quality control and feedback on the graphics, activities, shooting, and editing materials produced by suppliers 5. Follow up the launch situation and analyze and review the performance data to extract user behavior and strategic insights to feed back the evolution of the design plan.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, design-related majors, rich experience in content operation/material production/Internet industry/Party A is preferred 2. Good design aesthetics, accurate expression, solid basic skills in graphic design, able to try to explore different design schemes, have design experiment experience or foundation 3. Have a certain sensitivity to data and have basic analysis and attribution capabilities Have good communication with front-end and other engineering personnel, and be able to quickly and independently output design plans and complete acceptance 5. Possess motion/3D/video/editing capabilities, increase relevant design experience, and creative planning capabilities are preferred.
