Responsibilities

1. Promote international community products to achieve user growth through internal product backflow, sharing backflow, EDM and other means. As a project leader, you can complete project planning, link dismantling, and cooperate with multiple students to implement the project, and continue to accumulate growth. Methodology and cross-country reuse 2. Responsible for user growth in a country/region, able to identify key issues in the country, think about solutions, and independently or organize relevant students to implement them together 3. Mining the motivations of users in different scenarios and at different levels and demands, and carry out precise and effective product function design to promote user conversion 4. Insight, attention, and analysis of industry trends and excellent growth cases, continue to explore new means of attracting new ones, and be responsible for new additions and DAU growth 5. Responsible for promoting the efficient implementation of each collaborator to optimize the cooperation process, including but not limited to R&D, designers, and launch.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in Internet products, rich experience in UG or C-end products, internal Product backflow, sharing backflow, and EDM experience are preferred 2. Excellent result-oriented thinking, strong logical ability, high data sensitivity, able to mine potential strategies through phenomena, and able to continuously discover, summarize, and precipitate business cognition and methodology 3 , Pay attention to the details of product design, have pursuit, and have aesthetics 4. Be good at thinking and have a global perspective 5. Excellent communication and collaboration, execution and project management capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and project drive, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure 6. , Ability to communicate in English is a plus, and experience in overseas markets is a plus.
