What you’ll do:

  • Lead LIPE MKTG team to promote the company’s products, solutions and services to target market and prospects.
  • Support sales team to fulfill the sales target defined in regional sales plan, and effectively implement company's sales strategy and sales plan to achieve sales target;
  • Build preferred partnership relationships with customers including segment and end user. Effectively manage the customers to maintain the strategic cooperation partnership.
  • Continuously develop new market and sales opportunities.
  • Train and instruct our customer/partners about the products and solutions;
  • Keep communication with other departments and follow up quality, delivery, order handling, payment and technical support.
  • Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Drive business result by building effective team and great team management
  • Support to other business and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, majoring in Electrical or Electronics Engineering are preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical/industrial field
  • switchgear industry including background is preferred.
  • Familiar with line installation and protection equipment products is preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient English skills in verbal and written
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and close attention to detail.
