What you’ll do:
- Lead LIPE MKTG team to promote the company’s products, solutions and services to target market and prospects.
- Support sales team to fulfill the sales target defined in regional sales plan, and effectively implement company's sales strategy and sales plan to achieve sales target;
- Build preferred partnership relationships with customers including segment and end user. Effectively manage the customers to maintain the strategic cooperation partnership.
- Continuously develop new market and sales opportunities.
- Train and instruct our customer/partners about the products and solutions;
- Keep communication with other departments and follow up quality, delivery, order handling, payment and technical support.
- Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Drive business result by building effective team and great team management
- Support to other business and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, majoring in Electrical or Electronics Engineering are preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical/industrial field
- switchgear industry including background is preferred.
- Familiar with line installation and protection equipment products is preferred
- Project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient English skills in verbal and written
- Strong organizational/time management skills and close attention to detail.
