Your tasks: (mandatory)
1.Be responsible for inspection and confirmation at the supplier's processing site before delivery, and feedback to the supplier for improve the problems caused by quality defects of supplied materials timely,
2.Responsible for tracking and confirming supplier's improvement report and implement the effect, conducting on-site audit, inspection and counseling, if necessary,
3.Responsible for formulating the inspect specification and inspection plan of the incoming inspection department, and providing training and guidance to inspectors timely,
4.Participatein the evaluation and release of suppliers' initial samples,
5.Statistically score the quality status of existing suppliers base on a monthly or quarterly, and put forward deadline improvement requirements for suppliers with low scores,
6.Participate in supplier selection and supplier development and audit of new suppliers, evaluate, and score new suppliers together with the procurement and project technical departments.
7. Execution of supplier evaluation and derivation of necessary measures as well as reporting based on relevant KPIs
8. Participation in the approval process of initial samples (First Article Inspections)
9. Ensuring the defined delivery quality, in the form of regular production inspections as well as supplier´s on-site inspection of outgoing goods
10. Willingness to cooperate with external quality service providers
11. Responsibility for complaint management with the supplier as well as 8D-reportings
We are pleased to receive: (mandatory)
- College degree or above, major in material engineering or related;
- More than 3 years quality management related working experiences, familiar with quality system ISO9001, and skilled in using common quality tools (8D);
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, meticulous, clear thinking, strong ability to work under pressure; Have strong control and execution ability.
- Good team management skills, communication skills and coordination skills, strong sense of service and responsibility, able to work under great intensity and pressure.
- Working background in photovoltaic will be a plus
- Ability to work in a team as well as in a structured and strategic manner
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and intercultural competence
