As part of China talents acquisition plan 2024, China is seeking highly
qualified professionals to join R&D institutions and universities as postdoc
researcher, R&D consultant or development engineer.
✅️Eligibility: Who Can Apply?
- Phd degree in all disciplines.
- Minimum three (03) years working experience after obtaining PhD degree
(postdoctoral research experience can be included).
- The candidate’s age cannot exceed 40 years old. If it exceeds 40 years old,
the candidate must have more than five years’ experience as a senior position
(ex: associate professor or above) in international universities and scientific
research institutions or management position in world-renowned enterprises or
financial institutions.
- Candidates graduated from the top 200 in the QS world ranking and/or have
work experience in the world's top 500 companies are preferred.
✅️Job description:
✓ The work can be full-time or part-time/remotely.
✓ University and research institutions: you will be required to assist
professors in conducting scientific research projects related to your field of
expertise.
✓ Full-time work in R&D companies: you will mainly be responsible for
technology research and development projects (provide technical consulting
services for enterprises to solve technical problems).
✓ Conduct research activities and develop knowledge-based products for a
company.
✓ Lead research projects and manage them from beginning to end, including
significant publications and events.
✅️Benefits:
- Yearly salaries starting from 300K RMB ~ 1 million RMB.
- A Research funding payment at least 2 million RMB (about 280K USD) for full
time and up to 1 million RMB (140K USD) for part time.
- Support for living conditions: support for permanent residence permit and/or
multiple entry visas for applicants and their families; medical care, social
insurance; children education allowance; housing and meal allowances, subsidies,
and priority in purchasing one residential apartment.
