Responsible for department’s calendar management, making sure that all executive meetings are well scheduled;- Offering department members timely help in making travel plans and logistics arrangements for them;
- Proactively facilitating internal and external communications by launching partners’ directions to consultants and clients, answering phones and directing incoming calls promptly and efficiently;
- Well handling the department’s expense and reimbursement by handing bills to PIC/EIC on required time, and preparing expense report timely;
- Maintaining a good public image of the department by preparing and editing outgoing correspondence such as letters, proposals, release and etc.;
- Providing other administration supports for business if necessary.
负责合伙人/经理日程会议安排和差旅那排;- 负责上传下达合伙人指示,收发重要文档材料;
- 提交相应报销资料,汇总报销表格,负责报销工作内容;
- 草拟编辑对外正式文件,维护部门良好形象;
- 接听重要电话,过滤信息,帮助合伙人更好处理工作。
Requirements
Diploma holder or above with admin related major or formal secretarial training;- Approximately 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
- Hands on PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
- CET 4, can use English as working language
大专或以上学历- 有一定的行政或秘书岗位实习经验优先,条件优秀者可放宽要求
- 较强的MS操作能力,熟悉Word, Excel, PPT等
- 英语四级或以上,能使用英语进行邮件/文件写作
