Lead role in managing all data and tools to support the inventory planning process. This role owns the inventory plan, ensuring the plan is unbiased, and that it represents the collective knowledge of the supply and demand group. The Inventory Lead sets and manages inventory levels according to pre-defined service level targets and manages inventory model parameters. This person evaluates how revised inventory decisions affect service levels and profitability.
What You Will Do

- Mange Inventory Planning Team.
- Create inventory plan through recommend aggregate inventory levels by reviewing scenarios and capital requirements.
- Provide information to the Network Supply Planner during supply and balancing activities.
- Collaborate with Network Planner and Operations Lead to define/update supply constraints (customer requirements, long term maintenance).
- Collaborate with Network Supply Planner and Analysts to finalize supply inputs with all constraints accounted for.
- Review stocking policies and inventory program.
- Review customer reorder policies and determine on-hand and in-transit inventory positions.
- Load updated service level requirements and forecast accuracy into inventory tool.
- Run inventory tool and document scenario results.
- Review inventory scenario results, assessing financial impact against working capital requirements to generate and publish the inventory plan.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- University graduate.
- Work experience with strategic planning, supply planning, or supply chain & Inventory management.
- Understanding inventory purpose, inventory strategies, and inventory calculation and optimization techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory techniques.
- Ability to work with end-to-end supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis Rapid Response).
- Ability to process and evaluate large data sets.
- Usage of data process & visualization tools, e.g. Tableau.
- Supervisor and management skill.
- Strong communication, problem solving and presentation skill.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Majored in supply chain management is preferred.
- GSOP knowledge is preferred.
- SAP PP module applications; MRP knowledge, Supply Chain Management.
- APICS certificated.
- Presentation, Communication and Proactive driving.
